Within the last year, I basically had a breakdown with not knowing what to do, and expressing myself in a vulnerable way. I learned a lot.

Since then I have been more proactive in making shit happen, busting down walks I created in my head. This book is a great reminder that we are the ones in control, no one else.

For about the past 3 months I have been journaling every night, with the exception of when I was traveling.

I journaled at night before I went to bed. I started with what I was grateful for in the day and other things that happened throughout. Also, I would write out my top priorities that I needed to accomplish the next day. The four areas I focused on are Health, Relationships, Production, and Happiness. Basically the same as the Core 4.

Journaling has helped me get things done. I’m thinking about putting together a 90 day agreement journal that can help anyone get more done. It would be a agreement with yourself for the next 90 days to get shit done, and Make Shit Happen.
