Stretching helps with alignment. I use yoga, bands, and a foam roller to stay loose.


The body learns your routine, switch it up often.


You will not get a 6 pack in 6 minutes, it’s a clickbait title.


High bursts of intensity will keep your fat burning furnace going even when the workout is over.


Self-inflicted stress through exercise is one way to build resilience.


Increase resistance to grow. The different types of resistance I’m referring too include: duration and weight.


Get comfortable with pain.
