Ignore fat people selling you how to get fit.
These people have no skin-in-the-game. It is clear as day that the person is not taking their own advice.
It is important to study the people who have skin-in-the-game. These are the people who are putting in the work, who respond instead of react. The people who keep themselves accountable. The people who say “keep ‘er movin'” and learn from their mistakes. Lastly, the people who have have the courage to start over.
These are the outliers – someone who is outside the system. I will not try to define the system in your world because it is different than mine.
It takes a lot of self work to become aware when you are the fat person selling fit advice. Shut up. Do the work. Keep ‘er movin’.
